Honors Students away from campus for study abroad, co-ops, or internships are encouraged to share these experiences with the Honors community. In the video posted below, senior biomedical sciences major Emma Haschke ’21 from Austin shares her experience with a community-based approach to wildlife conservation and ecological health, specifically as it relates to the rhino horn trade and human elephant conflict for a special presentation for the College of Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Sciences.

To learn more about this experience, you can also read the reflection shared by Emma–along with fellow University Scholar Sydney Tejml ’20–in this University Scholars Spotlight.
